If you are the chairperson you will be prompted for your entry code as received in your mail. If you are simply joining the Iphone conference call you will be prompted to use the mobile phone number of the chairperson. All callers will be placed on hold on the bridge until the registered user (or chairperson) enters their entry code. All attendees will be asked to record their name.
This recording will be repeated upon entering the Iphone conference call. The chairperson can confirm who is participating on the call at any stage using the Conference Roll Call feature. In addition the chairperson can control participant access to the Iphone conference call using the lock and unlock feature. So that the information can go to the desired person only.
